Job Title: Entry-Level Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing business solutions for our clients, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Business Sales team. The Account Manager will be responsible for directly engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to promote and sell essential business services and solutions.


Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. Present services effectively to key decision-makers, demonstrating value propositions tailored to each client’s needs.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical experts, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation and support of solutions.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by management.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through our routine development/training meetings.


Requirements:

1. Strong communication and customer service skills.

2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

3. Knowledge in basic computer operations.

4. Willingness to take initiative.

5. Solid problem-solving skills

6. Dependable with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually


Preferred Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Customer service or sales background.
